- 1. Just off the boil · Fresh water, around 208°F.

Why we made Digest
The French keep a tisane for after supper, and this is it. Ginger and fennel to settle, chamomile and lemon balm to soothe, marshmallow root to coat and comfort. The easy minutes after a meal, made a little easier.
How long it keeps
Up to 3 years from the date on the tin. Some herbal teas keep for 12 to 24 months. Ours are made to keep. Whole botanicals last because there's no added flavoring and nothing small enough to go stale.
