Cut dry in the morning after the dew lifts and dried fast, because held damp even a day the flowers turn. Elderflower is drunk for a cough and a heavy head and was long used to bring on a sweat in a fever.
Muscat grape and honey, with a soft floral length. One of the prettiest cups in the garden.
How to steep elderflower
One heaped teaspoonOf whole flowers, per cup.
